Particle inspection of liquid filled vials and ampules

The Seidenader PI are economical and user friendly machines for the inspection of particles in liquids. Both, moving and nonmoving particles are detected with extremely high reliability. The PI uses light extinction or light scattering methods, depending on product and container type. Particles that are bigger than 50 lu are detected reliable. Defects like glass cracks, scratches, wrong stopper placement and bad crimping are detected by optional camera stations.

Inspection criteria:Glass particles, floating particles, fibers,fill level.

Inspection criteria for vials (optional):Position and color of flip-off cap, colorof crimp cap, missing stopper, dents andscratches in the crimp cap, seal crimpdefects, scratches, cracks in sidewall andbottom, dirt, scalling quality.

Inspection criteria for ampules (optional):Deformations in ampule tip, burn marks,color ring code, cracks in ampule tip, sidewalland bottom, scratches, dirt.

Fields of application:Clear liquids, suspensions in ampules, vials and bottles up to 1000 ml
